Firefox is being gay

i went and i was browsing the internet with firefox browser than i decide to check out the forums so i go back in when i do this it asks what profile i want to use so i click default it says i cant and i have to make a new profile. so i am like whatever so i make a new one. after i make the new one it opens the browser and all my bookmarks and settings are all defualt so i am like wtf why did it do this than i go into forums to post about it it wont let me login using my firefox browser. so now i am here on IE6 posting this thread can anyone tell me how i can get it back to normal?
 
Ff has done this to me once. I just let it sit for 5 minutes then tried it again and it worked 😛
 
If it brings up the profile switcher that normally means another instance of FF is running, don't try to run more than one at a time.
