well my bookmark toolbar when i have it set on all of a sudden decided not to show any of the book marks i had on it, aswell as making the page kinda jump up and down

anyone know how to get it working back to normal? ive already tried, down clocking gpu, reinstalling drivers for gpu, reinstalling firefox, deleting the firefox folder altogether and installing it, spybot, adadware and virus check. im out of ideas
 
The jumping bookmark bar is caused by something. I don't know what exactly. It happens when there is no bookmarks on the bar. Just add a bookmark and it will be fine.
