Firefox extension list got cleared!

I clicked install. It opened the extensions window with the progress bar. but all my other extensions were missing!!

restarted ffox and sure enough everything was gone. 🙁

any ideas how to get them back without having to reinstall every single one??

this is the 2nd time this has happened.
