Registered at the Firefox Mozilla support forums, but still no confirmation e-mail after an hour.
Fresh winxp pro install on an averatec laptop. no other sofware conflicts that i know of. Firefox was the first thing i downloaded, then I went on to grab Irfanview and other proggies I use quite a bit.
After every download, Firefox let's me know things have completed with a little pop up box above the clock. Even after shutting down Firefox, the box is still there. Check running processes, and Firefox is still running. Anyone else had a similar problem with Firefox 1.0.2 ? ?
I know under options I can turn off the whole download notification process, but I don't want that. I like the pop up box letting me know it's completed, I just want it to go away after that.
oh, also running zonealarm.
