Is anyone else having an issue with Firefox ,always asking to be my default browser every time it opens..How can I fix it?

yep, can't do it from the Firefox. You have to do it from windows settings.. convenient to increase IE/Edge market share 😀
 
Control Panel -> Programs -> Default Programs ->
Set your default programs -> Firefox -> Set this program as default

or

Settings -> System -> Default Apps -> Web browser
