Question Firefox causing videos to pause when changing volume slider?

Here is the issue, using Youtube as well as other video sites, when using the volume slider to change volume, the streaming video pauses. I have noticed this only in the past couple of weeks on any computer I use and in Firefox. So maybe Firefox 64.0.1 or 64.0.2 introduced this bug. I just tested a Youtube video on Chrome and Edge and this does not happen. Anybody else notice this or have the issue?
