Firefox causing broken images?

Am i the only one that notices that AT forums frequently fails to load images when viewing in firefox? It's never happened in any other browser, but right after i installed firefox, i noticed that certain pages (esp AT forums) tend to show broken links. Refresh works sometimes, but not always.

They still haven't fixed that notorious sorting-bookmarks-by-folder-first bug, huh?

Also-- anyone else notice that firefox frequently throws back a "connection refused" msgbox when you click a link or click on a link before the first one has loaded?

I haven't noticed any of the problems you mentioned, but I have heard people using other browsers occasionally complaining about the first one.

Here's an example, but I don't know if it will help any.

Edit: Are you running Norton internet security? If so, this might be a solution.

AT loads fine here also (FireFox0.8 OS: Debian Testing/Unstable)

How do you mean ? You can manage your bookmarks by clicking on bookmarks -->Manage Bookmarks

I get the same thing except it's IE that has the problem. It's probably not related to the software but your network connection. Some days are better than others...

But maybe you could turn on cacheing in firefox. that might help.

I had the exact same problem when I upgraded to Firefox. I went back to an eariler version of Firebird and that took care of the problem.
