Firefox bookmarks question

Is there a way to sync the bookmark toolbar folder with others folders? I am having to update everything in two different places, and it's annoying as hell...

as in, you have two different firefox installs? like one on PC one on thumbdrive?
you could just go find your bookmark.html file, somewhere in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\(only folder in there)\bookmarks.html
and copy the updated bookmarks back and forth wherever you need'em
this of any use?
