I'd really like to switch to Mozilla's Firefox browser, but I can't seem to get it to work with pogo.com. I know this sounds silly, but my girlfriend also use my Notebook quite a bit and that is one site that she frequents.

P4 2.6GHz with Hyper Threading
Windows XP Pro SP1
512MB RAM

If anyone can tell me how to get it to work, then i will happily switch. Thank you in advance for any advice.

Screw3d, are you able to play any of the games that require a lobby or seperate window (i.e. word womp, pool, etc.)?

I'm unable to play games that pop-up another browser window, and I've turned off my pop-up blocker.

Some websites will only work in IE. You can download the "ieview" extension for firefox and launch the page in ie from Firefox. Just check on the extension page.

Question
What browsers does Pogo support? Are there any non-supported browsers?
Answer
Pogo works best in the following web browsers; if you are running a different one and all else fails, our support representatives will recommend these:

* IE 5.x and up
* Netscape 7
* AOL 5 and later versions.

Pogo will probably work with the following browsers, though we don't officially support them:

* Opera
* Mozilla
* Safari
* CompuServe

Unfortunately, we do not support these browsers, and they have various known compatibility issues. We recommend switching to a supported browser if you are using one of these:

* MSN 8/MSN 9 browser (We are compatible with the service, just not the browser, so we recommend using the supported ones above)
* SBC/Yahoo browser (We are compatible with the service, just not the browser, so we recommend using the supported ones above)
* Wal-Mart (We are compatible with the service, just not the browser, so we recommend using the supported ones above)

I couldn't get word whomp to work in Firefox.

Hope That Helps

Pogo uses Java, IIRC. You probably need to install the JVM(Java Virtual Machine.).
