Firefox and Thunderbird latest. Does not launch!

If I click on Fox , it goes into memory but hasnt launched. Haven't done any software stuff. I have already checked but there is no answer.

Maybe Fox and Thunderbird have corrupt profiles ?


if so how do a I get there.. and move the profile folder , appdata something... I remember that... help.. thx
