Firefox and sending PM's

WinXP Pro & Firefox 1.0.5.7. I can read PM's but when I go to reply to them the button to send the message doesn't display and there's no scroll bar to slide down to it. I'm at 1600x1200 as well so it should all just display without bars anyway (it does in IE).
 
Responding to PMs works fine for me in FF 1.5.0.7.

Did it work for you before the latest update? If so, it might be a rogue extension that's causing the problem.
