Firefox and "is not a registered protocol" error

I keep getting this error when I open firefox(I'm using tabsaver) and than the tabs that get the error don't open and its kind of a PITA. any one know whats causing it?. It has a black exclamation mark in a yellow triangle and than just says "is not a registered protocol". It doesn't tell me what isn't.
