Firefox 3.6 Tabs fix

For those of you annoyed by FF 3.6 opening tabs next to the originating tab, here's the fix.

1)Type into the address bar about:config and hit enter.
2)Once there, enter into the filter browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent
3)When you see the browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent entry, double click on it to toggle the entry from true to false.

Was getting extremely ticked off at FF opening its tabs like IE, found this information through a google search to the article below at ZDnet.

Awesome, was about to make a small rant/help me fix this BS thread. I hate it when companies try to dictate the way i should do things forcefully, this is the first time firefox has ticked me off.

I rarely use FF and had to open the new one to understand what you were talking about. Im glad that i did i did the change so it now works the same way opera does, that would have annoyed the shit out of me on the off times i use FF

Using the search bar and 'open in new tab' etc., all I got were blank tabs. Anyone else get this?

i actually like that behavior and have been using it for ages with the TabMixPlus extension, which I highly recommend.
