Firefox 3.6.17 and Hotmail

Has anyone come across this, where you can log into hotmail but once logged in you cannot click on any of the messages or folders?

Works fine in chrome and ie

The reason why I ask is a friend of my mother's stared to do this about 2 weeks ago and I could not find any real answer and now its started to happen on my mother's machine as well.

I did some googling but did not really find any answer, going to try figuring it out over the weekend, but just wondering inf anyone has come across this.

For myself, its been working fine. its really odd, its across all versions of windows as well, (mom is xp, mom friend is vista)
 
I have not had this exact problem but I have had so many issues with firefox I decided to just get rid of it.It supposed to be better for some plugins and gaming.But in my experience its benefits are far over shadowed by its many flaws. I am very happily running chrome now
 
I've read about issues with hotmail but i think they have been fixed in the latest version of firefox. have you tried that?
 
I haven't really had a chance to look at it yet. but it is working fine for me on both my laptop and pc with 3.6.17 and .18.

Thats what I was going to look at first, is be sure its the latest dot release, if not then try to re-install it, and if not they try 5
