Firefox 3.5.5, clear internet cache?

Stupid question, but how do you clear the internet temporary files in firefox 3.5.5? I'm probably over looking the stupid button to clear it out.

Tools -> Clear Recent History...

or

in Preferences: Advanced -> Network -> Clear Now
