Firefox 3.0 ALL Caps

Not sure if this is an option I now need to click on

Just upgraded to Firefox 3.0 and all text is caps, even messages in Email I used to read stay in Caps and never un high light. This is in every thing I look at, even Ebay

Opera and IE work fine.
