Firefox 2.0: Server Not Found

Suddenly in the last 2 days, I've been getting a lot of "Server Not Found" errors; by a lot, maybe 1 in 3 pages that I load from a new tab. Is this a timeout issue in Firefox? But that wouldn't explain why I'm getting so many all of a sudden. And as far as I know, I don't remember making any changes that would cause this to happen. How can I fix this?
