Firefox 2.0 and youtube. What setting do I have wrong to keep getting text like this instead of videos?

On anything youtube related using firefox, works fine with explorer, I dont get to see videos I get text that looks like this (Im only posting a bit of it because it is a lot of text):

So what do I have set wrong to keep getting this crap. Its quite annoying to have to switch to explorer when I want to watch a youtube video someone posts :(
I recently redid my system and reformated and put on a fresh install of everything, and was hoping this would go away, but it hasnt. If I close of of firefox and restart it I can do youtube a few times without fail and then it will display this stuff again shortly.
Just like to make it work right all the time, please any info would be great :)

I've noticed that happens to me when I have ZoneAlarm on. When I close ZA, Youtube works just fine. I haven't tried to figure out what exactly in ZA was screwing it up.
