firefox 2.0.0.1 problem

hello i have Firefox 2.0.0.1 for a while and like 3 days ago everything seemed well but when i exited the program and then reopened it it said "Firefox was running but wasn't responding. Please close the process or restart your computer" or something like that. So I went to windows task manager and closed the process then reopened and it works. Now every time that happens it says the same message. This seems to happen after I exit out of myspace because its retarded. Sometimes myspace just stops working and I exit and reopen to go to my home page on myspace but I still get this message. If anyone has/had this problem and has found the reason/fix, help will be appreciated.

I believe this has to be some sort of javascript problem with myspace.

ya i have the extension for adds ADblock plus. i think this problem might have started when i put that program on

Well, I've used AdBlock plus on many computers with many different configurations and never had any problems, but it might be worth disabling it for a bit to see if that fixes things in case it might be conflicting with something in your setup.

However, sisq0kidd might be onto something...try googling to see if other folks have similar problems with mySpace.

ya sisq0kidd was right i researched adblock problems and it says it conflicts with myspace and flash so i just put under exception rules www.myspace.com* which should fix the problem. if this isn't what I'm suppose to do tell me please. thanks everyone for the help
