Arrow annoyances...
Shifting Toolbar caused by dis/appearing arrow is solved with Customize by dragging it and thus fixing permanently to the Toolbar.
Animation effect (pop-up) is disabled how?
BTW, I did enough searching to find the previous behavior can be restored (config: browser.download.useToolkitUI) but that would be the second best solution.
