Info Firefox 124.0.2 Released

For the past several months, when I manually update Firefox, it opens and closes Firefox at least three times while it updates. Is this behavior unique to me, or is everyone else seeing the same thing?
 
That is odd. I have not seen that happening to me or on any of the other computers that I work on day to day.
It just closes and reopens after a little while during the update.

I don't regularly update it (my primary browser is presently Waterfox since it can actually use both Firefox and Chrome extensions), but I did notice it did this for me as well when I manually updated Firefox from v121 to v124 the other day.
 
Thanks to both of you for your input. At least I know that I'm not the only one seeing this strange behavior. I might have to try a refresh when I have time to back up everything.
