go to http://nyc.speakeasy.net and take a speedtest...compare that to what your connection should be. Also, does it run just as slow in IE, or is it just FF? Thirdly, are you running any torrents or downloads of any kind?

it runs slow in IE too because my other computer uses IE. Maybe I need to change some settings on the wireless routers? block all the ports maybe and open only ones that i need?
