Zuni doesn't like to write standards-compliant HTML. He does a browser detect server side to send back different quick-reply code, but doesn't remove the broken code from other pages . Not the fault of your browser.

edit: I installed FireFox 0.9.1 to try out your problems (it's been a long time since I used it... I stuck with Mozilla) and it's not half bad nowadays :).

I noticed that both of the calendars would open and close for you during the vnc session. The calendars appear to be made with flash.

Seeing as it worked for me, with an out-of-the-box FireFox setup, and not for you, what do you expect people to be able to do?

You could try asking in the Mozillazine Forums, since they're dedicated to Moz.

I would hope that others could chime in and post their experiences. I am not sure why you think the discussion should stop because it works fine for you.

This morning I installed Firefix 0.9.1 on a PC at my office, and it has the stuck calendar issue as well.

I don't think the discussion should stop - I think you'll get a better answer faster in a forum with people who understand Mozilla's guts. Can you try using the .zip Firefox instead of the .exe and see what it does?

I'll give the latest builds a try a little later and post my results; that's if no one has beaten me to that :)

Trying build 20040706 (latest one as of now). It seems that it doesn't suffer from the problem with 0.9.1. I just click on the calendar icon toggle the calendar. Seems ok to me.

Interesting... I get the problem now with my Firefox nightly. I can open and close it as long as I don't click inside it.

It's the same with 0.9.2

Seeing as 0.9.2 is 0.9.1 with one preference set to false instead of true, that would be expected ;).
