Probably one of the worst military movies that ever came out of the 80s.

And to think I was this [] close to being an Apache pilot.
 
Hey, it wasn't THAT bad. The woman in it was the worst part. The copter scenes were pretty cool, even though I have no idea how realistic they were.
 
I remember the Heli scenes they were cool.

And, I was obsessed with Apache's at that time. It was not that realistic, but just seeing them fly like that was cool enough.
 
Only an okay movie but sadly probably the best helicopter movie ever made.

My father, who was a career Army aviator and flew many helicopters, laughed when he saw them put that little OH-6A up against Cobras and Apaches.
