Firebird error

I'm getting the following error message using Firebird recently:

"Could not initialize browser's security component. The most likely cause is problems with files in your browser's prfile directoryl. Please check that this directory has no read/write restrictions and your hard disk is not full or close to full. It is recommended that you exit the browser and fix the problem. If you continue to use this browser session, you might seee incorrect browser behaviour when accessing security features."

After that, I get the error "You cannot connect to www.paypal.com because SSL is disabled."

Any site with SSL, I can't get to anymore. I have 3 gigs free on my harddrive, and in the options menu, SSL is activated as far as I can tell. Has anyone figured out this problem? I'm running Windows.

Okay, answering my own question for the betterment of mankind.

Go to Start>Run. Type in %appdata%. Erase the Phoenix folder. That should do it. I erased my Firebird folder and did a reinstall a few times, but I finally got the whole thing working. I'm sure there's probably and easier way than erasing the whole folder, but it works.
