fire resistant computer cases?!?

I was looking at cases over at colorcase.com and i noticed something in the spec list, fire resistant. Now i was wondering, who needs this? And is this to keep a fire inside your computer from getting out or from a fire outside your computer from getting in? The have so much plastic how can they be "fire resistant" anyways? This boggles me.
