Fire extinguisher tanks and filling?

I am going to put in a fire extinguisher system for under the hood on ym 75 project. I read the label on a kiddie fire ext that said it is tested to 300psi. I am thinking about welding cold rolled steel into a box, that will go into the center console but still leave room for a wallet and cell phone. If I do this where do I get it filled up?

No I dont think I could have kiddie fill a non company tank. ANyone know of places where extiguishers are filled?

Wait wait wait...what kind of extingisher are you looking for? A, B, C, or D? How large an area?

It needs to blanket a 2x2 or 3x3 area. The tank im invisioning is about 7 inches tall 11 inches wide.
