Well, Im only on chapter 3, but I already notice some things that I wish were different. 1 is the only in battle control. It seems like I cant trade items before going into the battle, which waste valuable time.

Also, there is only in-battle control. I really really liked Shining Force for sega because between battles you walked around, bought items, talked to people, discovered secrets, and progressed the story.

No one has died yet, but the dead-for-good doesnt bother me.

Wait a couple chapters more.

Again, wait a few chapters. They'll discuss "visiting" soon enough.

The visiting isn't the same as he's talking about. It takes place on the battlefield. There's just the conversations outside battle to push the story along.

hmmm... can anyone tell me what "support" is? i havent seen a tutorial for it, but it pops up if a caster is near my attacking unit.

support has "passive" stat increase. say you support one character to another once. then when one of the two supported characters is near one another then a very little amount of their stats will be increased when they are by each other. **NOTE** this is not a permanent increase
