Lots of factors including how many set-top boxes and what level of service. I have 2 STBs and do the extreme package with no special movie channels. I had one-bill which mixed in my VZW, plus I get a 22% corp discount on 2 lines and only 1 has data. Kind of skewed, but I pay $207/mo. all said for both services ($26 of it was surcharges and taxes). Now it will be ~$197 total.

Bleh. Wish I still lived in a FIOS area. Oh how I miss thee. Did have separate discounts for both fios and vzw through work though.
