i just saw the commercial this past weekend about the new quantum dvr service that allows you to record up to 6 or 12 shows (depending which one you get).
does anyone here have it?
i have 1 multiroom dvr with 2 standard boxes that can watch the recorded shows that are recorded from the multiroom dvr. but the multiroom dvr is the only one that can set up the recorded shows.
also when watching shows on the standard boxes, the rewind features and stuff are noticeably laggier than the normal one.
those of you who have the quantum dvr - does this lag go away? according to the website you actually get all new boxes, and you can record from all of them, but i'm assuming it is still stored on one of the dvr boxes and streamed. so i was just curious if it still lags or anything when viewing the recorded shows from any tv in the home.
