FIOS router loses wireless

I've got the Actiontec m1424wr Verizon FIOS router. It's got a built in wireless and it works fine - usually. Every now and then the wireless will turn off. I don't mean the light turns off or the checkbox becomes unchecked - it just stops working. Everything in the settings is fine, the radio is enabled, SSID enabled, wireless light is on - all fine, but no signal. I've got it to work by resetting the router, but this time that's not working. Anyone heard about this? Nothing has changed, just no signal.

If I recall correctly, the Actiontec resets the wireless connections when it hits a certain number of concurrent connections. You might try updating to the latest firmware to see if that fixes the problem.

If not, you can setup the Actiontec so it functions as a bridge and use your own router for routing and wireless. Instructions here:
