Got my new FIOS router in today, and initially everything seemed fine but I ran into some issues.
My desktop needs to be connected via wifi because the router is too far from my computer, so I use one of those USB internet dongles. I can connect to the FIOS just fine, and windows claims that it has an internet connection.
Except I can't get the browser to open up any pages. I've done the entire plethora of network related shit, rebooted everything at least once, renewed ip, flushed dns cache, etc etc etc. cmd says that I can ping google just fine. But I still can't see shit in IE, firefox or chrome.
What should I try next?
And before anyone asks, yes, FIOS is activated on my account and the router settings themselves look fine.
