Can you say 15mbps down for $50/mo? Cable TV services as well.

Comcast is in serious trouble now. How can they compete with this?

They've had it sooo close to where I live here in Cali for some time now. I should check to see if they've reached our area.

Verizon will install most of its new optical fiber on poles, which is much quicker and less expensive than pulling fiber through the underground conduits that serve much of Boston and Cambridge.
I live in a condo development so I probably won't be getting it either. All underground.

need more upstream
Compared to what? The 386k Comcast offers now?

what do you need, hell 2 megs up is more then 1/2 the people out there have for downstreme

Well you get a lot more for the same price as what you would pay for Comcast. As soon as this comes to Illinois, everything Comcast related is gone gone gone!

Yes. They're going to skip over one of the technological meccas of the entire universe, and end up in Westbury first.

I dont think they will run more than 1 line per house. I belive they have a set # per block. (thats what I remember reading on dslreports)
