I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring at this store when it was still Ghiribaldi, and had a very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate who guided me through the process. We recently visited the store to look at wedding bands, and were sadly disappointed. When I asked if the bands were 950 Platinum, I was treated as if I were incompetent. The associate told me that all of the bands are 740 Platinum, and that is the highest grade available. Further, she told me that they are 100% platinum with no other metals.
