Ok I have nevr bought from the online site, but they have a big B&M presence in most cities across america (mostly in malls) I think it would be safe to buy from them.
 
Its a good store. Probably one of the few not owned and destroyed by the Foot Locker Corporation...

I just bought a pair of shoes from them. They were pretty good store. Since the thing I bought was an clearance item. they emailed me of the out-of- stock status and later they finally found one on their ground store and shipped it to me. It took a week before I get my sneakers but their service was still considerably good since they kept me updated with the order status.
Besides, they honored the coupon even tho they realized it was their mistake.
