CPU - E2140 = $75
mb. - IP35-E = $75
PSU - Antec EW 500 = $35
RAM - 2x1GB DDR2 Corsair XMS2 = $35
HSF - AF7 Pro = $20
HD - Seagate 320 7200.10 = $67
Vide card - MX4000 PCI = $10
case - Ultra = $1
extra 120mm/80mm fans = $15

total: $333

so far OCed to 2.8 or so for stability testing then move on to 3+.

lol dude don't OC parts for someone else that high (powerconsumption/stability issues) unless they really know how to use all that extra power :p Stick to 2.66 ghz and you shouldnt even have bought extra fans as they make extra noise. @ 2.66 ghz even on load e2140 will barely get warm. Otherwise it will be whisper quiet which is good. But w/ever :p

If you were going to skimp why didn't you just get a mobo with integrated graphics.
