Finished my studies. What do I do now?

Hmmm, I'm sitting here at my desk, which I have been glued to for the past week 24 hours each day. Now that I have finished I'm wondering if I could be bothered getting a real job. Maybe I'll travel the world like some lost hippy, only enough money to buy my next meal, hitching rides to anywhere the driver is going. Sounds good to me. My brain just can't go on like that. It needs a break.

What did you do when you finished your studies? Or what are you planning on doing?

unfortunately I joined the real world &amp; had to get a job!

I was already working close to 40 hours a week when I was in university. My first job was a 9-5 accounting job, it actually was a break. Then my real job started in September and the 60+ hour weeks haven't stopped since (and that was 15 years ago).

If you want to wander around a little, do it now before you start having payments to make.
