Finished my build

I just finished the new build in my sig, and I have a question. I noticed the fan on the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro doesn't come on all the time. Is this normal? I keep it pretty air conditioned in my house and it's quite cool in here. Is the fan supposed to always be on? Sometimes it comes on and sometimes it stops. I'm wondering if something is wrong or if it's temperature sensor controlled?

Any advice would be most appreciated, and if it in fact is sensor controlled...is there a way I can make it so it's always running? Just curious...

Thanks in advance.

I turned the air conditioner off, and the fan turned on. The fan works ...weird...it's gotta be temp controlled from the bios somehow.
