Bear in mind that these are strictly aesthetic because with this bike (a) there's a rather limited aftermarket supply (b) spending a large of money for a couple of HP on a beginner bike really doesn't make sense to me.

Picture of the new front end. Removed stock fairing, headlight, and indicators with arrow LED indicators and Dominator headlights.

Picture of the bike from the right. Just shows the tank guard and the new look from the seat.

Gonna take some getting used to the new feel (no windscreen & lighter front end) but I already dig the way it looks.

You're going to miss that wind screen. I hate the way the screen looks on my bike, and every time I take it off, I hate riding without it.
Sometimes form has to follow function.

Yea, already felt the loss of the windscreen this morning on my way to work. Front end definitely feels lighter than usual which will take some getting used to.

No, 2007 Suzuki GS500F

and familiar :D....

You will get used to not having a wind screen. Just make sure you have a helmet that cuts through the air without buffetting.

Speed Triple? Wanna trade? Love this GS but can't wait to pay it off so I can sell it and use the money as a down payment for a Street Triple R.

I have to pass on the trade. :D

Enjoy that 500. I used to have a Kawasaki 500R (similar to your GS), Bandit 600. and a SV650S. I will never get rid of my S3, but every time I see a bike like yours on Craigslist, I have to resist the temptation to buy it. There is something really fun and special about smaller bikes. You can ride the hell out of them at sane speeds, and they are a ton of fun to modify and personalize.

Looks good. Looks a lot better than it did just after your wreck. I don't think a dented gas tank ever will be in style. :D

Depends on the screen I guess. I had a Givi windscreen on my bike last winter but it pushed a lot of air up into my helmet and I noticed a lot more wind noise with it on. When I took it off a few months ago I noticed that no my entire body gets more wind but your muscles get used to the buffeting. I like that there is less wind noise now though...and of course it looks better without it. ;)
