Work with steam how? As in filling in the password for the steam account? I just have it save the password. My system password will protect other stuff.

No, I don't think so. They "should" be powered by USB correct? That's an LOL response, but to be honest, I don't think anyone understands the question...at least I don't.

are you wanting to replace your steam password with your fingerprint? I doubt anything other than the windows login works with that right now, still too new of a technology

The device software maintains a data base of passwords like the browser does.

It Generates a code from you Finger print and this code is used as password.

So basically touching the device's finger pad replace the need to type a password.

It works with many applications and with the Browser.

I do not know specifically about Steam (after being 4 years in the service killing is Not considered fun by me).

P.S. I figure out that people that are Good in games are so bright thta to generat $30 to buy and try is Not a bog deal.

JackMDS doesn't work with Windows Vista 64 bit still thats why I can't buy it and try it.
