Well just finished cutting mine...
And I've got to say I hate the feeling I get after I cut my finger nails...

You know the feeling that if you press down on your finger the flesh is going to give way because the nail is no longer there...

If by cut, you mean "chew them off", then everyday.
Otherwise, never.

I don't cut mine. I tear them anytime they are long enough to do so or start collecting dirt. Cutting/Clipping is more painful to me than tearing. I usually do it when walking somewhere, sitting at a stoplight, or otherwise fidgeting in some way.

I hate cutting my nails, but it's usually whenever they get long enough to start breaking, which is about once a week.

i don't like crap getting under my nails, so i keep them short. weekly for me, and possibly biweekly if i feel bothered.

Not everyone's nails grow at the same rate. I could trim mine every 4 to 5 days if I wanted to. They grow that fast.

For me the actual grow-to-uncomfortable-length cycle is somewhere between weekly and bi-weekly, but I settle on bi-weekly.
