Finger in eye

I've had my finger stuck in my eye for about a half an hour now and I have no idea what to do, in fact its taken me about ten minutes to type this thread up

instead of trying something on my own I figured I would just post about it and let you guys solve of all my life problems even right down to dust in my eye

any suggestions?
