Finger in Custard

I know it's a repost ... but this CNN bit just came out like 5 mins ago 😛 .. gives more insight that the guy wouldn't give up the finger!!!

what a fvcking duchebag!

on the side note, why didn't the store people look for the finger after the employee lost it? I mean if someone gets mangled by a food processing machine,
wouldn't they look into it?

Thats going to be great, the guy that got the finger is going to sue because of it, and then going to get sued by the guy who lost it, for not giving it back so that it could be reattached. Classic.

He refused to give it to the shop's owner, and refused to give it to a doctor who was treating Fizer, who accidentally stuck his hand in a mixing machine and had his right index finger lopped off at the first knuckle.

who the hell accidentally sticks their hand in a mixing machine?!?!?
and the dude holding the finger....i hope he falls off a bridge or something

What I want to know is how the store still sold the food. The guy lost a finger and obviously bled in to the custard. They must have known immediately that it happened, I can just imagine the commotion I would make if it happened to me. One would think that they'd set that batch aside instead of putting it up for sale.
