Question Finding VRAM manufacturer before buying a graphics card?

When looking at the specs for a new graphics card it is easy to see how much VRAM there is on the card. (etc. 4GB GDDR5)

I am wondering if there is a way to see the manufacturer of the VRAM before buying (etc. Micron or some other brand)

or is it impossible because the card manufacturer just randomly byes VRAM from the cheapest place?

Using GPU-Z shows the VRAM manufacturer but then you already have the card installed.

Thanks!

There is no real way to know. Sometimes certain models use only certain brand, but often times they mix-match vram.
Ultimately there is very little difference these days between micron and samsung vram.
