Finding total impedance of circuit

It's been a while since I last took an EE course. But from what I remember for a parallel circuit (Cd & Rd) the impedance is calculated by 1/Z = 1/Z1 + 1/Z2 then I take the inverse and add Z3 (Rel) to get the total impedance. Is that correct for this circuit? I have the answer doing it this way but want to make sure I did it right. I don't remember if I need to include Vh or not because the second part there are values for this circuit and I'm supposed to sketch bode plot (log of impedance magnitudes vs log of frequency) using the matlab function loglog which I haven't used before.
