I was wondering if anyone was aware of any software or excel add-on that could find themes in written statements. I would like something to interpret text and categorize. For example, if you look at descriptions of work done:
Clned BRoom, Cleaned Restroom, CLN RR should all get filed as Cleaned the Restroom
I know I can accomplish this in VBA, but I think my management is looking for something 'cleaner' that they can buy. Any ideas?
