Finding The Right PDA?

In an effort to get myself better organized I'm considering picking up a new PDA. The problem is that I'm having a hard time finding one that fits my needs. This is what I'm taking in to consideration:

[*]Thin/Light: I need something that can be easily pocketed, otherwise it's going to end up going unused(glares at the iPaq 3955 in the corner)
[*]Wifi: I'm around access points most of the day so I'd like to be able to take advantage of remote syncing, streaming radio, etc
[*]Cheap: I'm not rich. I'd like to keep it under $200 if possible. Used/discontinued is also acceptable here
[*]Windows Mobile: I guess I'm a bit flexible on this, but I'm not so far out of the loop to see that PalmOS has seen better days. I'd rather go with a Windows Mobile device for the better application support and presumably longer future.

So PDA gurus, what might be a good fit for me? I really have no clue what's out on the market these days.

If you use a cell phone, have you considered switching to a WM5 phone? I have a Dell Axim (the latest WM5 version), but I find my PPC6700 WM5 phone to be a LOT more useful. Especially since I have to carry it anyway.

The PPC6700 phone (and other similar phones) all have WiFi, Bluetooth, USB, and IR connectivity built in. But you seldom need WiFi, since you have 24/7 Internet connectivity via your cell phone carrier, usually for $15 or $20 a month. It's a LOT more convenient than having to hunt down a WiFi access point.

I actually don't have a cell phone(can't stand the damn things), which is why I'm looking for a PDA.

I am in the same situation. I want something small...like the Palm Z22. However, I need it to be able to read/edit Excel/Word on occasion. The thinner the better..and the cheaper the better.

So I think I am out of luck. If I want to give up emulation hopes and Office editing, I could get the Z22 and be happy. However, those are two big functions for me. OH..also I need expansion too, a SD slot is pretty much mandatory.
