I'm just trying my luck with this overclocking thing.

3800x2
Biostar TForce SLI
G.SKill PC4000

I lowered the multiplier to 6, set Ram to 100mhz and HT 3x - I'm able to boot into windows at 300mhz - is there anything I need to do at this point, or do I just keep raising it until it fails to boot? I ran Orthos for a few minutes (it was fine) while I was in Windows, but I don't know if that is necessary at this point.

If you're satisfied with a FSB of 300Mhz, run Orthos for a few hours to make sure it's stable. Otherwise, just keep raising until it doesn't boot into Windows, back off a few Mhz, test with Orthos, and repeat until you've found the max stable FSB for your board.
