Finding the AP UI after placing it on the LAN?

It works just fine with DHCP disabled as an access point. I can get on etc using WPA. However, I cannot get to the Admin UI for making any changes. I cannot find the IP address of AP and it is not showing up as an attached device in my netgear prosafe. I have tried ARP but I still cannot find it.

Any help please.

You don't want an AP having a dynamic IP assigned anyway. I would recommend logging onto the machine with a wired box using the default IP of the device and manually assign a reserved IP in your dhcp scope. No reason I can think of for a static Device like an Access Point having a dynamic IP.

It might be that you can not get to the UI because the Linksys core IP is not on the same subnet as the NetGear.

Put the Linksys by it self on acomputer that the TCP/IP parameters are set to Auto, and chnage its core IP to be on the same subnet as the Netgear.
