Finding specific files in WHS

I'm trying to find an Outlook .pst file from the latest backup of a computer. The computer isn't with me anymore but the last backup is. However, there is no search funtion in the folders that WHS builts on your local HDD. Searching from the local HDD is also proving useless. Is there another way?
